Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days (up to 48 hours) after the order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery times
Delivery times are approximate and are counted from the time the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that no parcels are sent from our distribution center during public holidays.
Order status and tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
The email will contain:

Return policy
This returns policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
Right of return
You have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
The product must be:

How do I make a return?
To make a return, follow these steps:

Returns sent without first contacting customer service may be refused.
Return shipping
If the return is approved, we will pay the return shipping.
Refund
Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.
Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account depending on the payment provider.
