How do you track your order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via our website.
To track your order, go to the menu under 'Track my order' on our website and enter your tracking number.

How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on your location and choice of delivery method. Generally, it takes 3-7 working days for deliveries within Sweden, Denmark and Norway. During holidays and promotional periods, it may take slightly longer.
