Ordering and Tracking

Processing of orders

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed and paid for on Saturdays and Sundays are processed and shipped on Monday.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your payment has been received. You will receive a new confirmation as soon as your order has been sent to the address provided.

We are not responsible for non-delivery or incorrect delivery as a result of incorrectly filled-in details. Fill in all parts of your address - don't forget your house number (you'd be surprised how many people do!).

If the necessary address or contact information is missing, your order may remain with the status "Not completed". We will always try to contact you if this is the case - your response is required for us to ship your order.

Sometimes we receive feedback that our emails end up in "SPAM" or "junk mail", so please check these folders if you have not received your package within the expected delivery time.

An order can only remain in "Not Fulfilled" status for 30 days. After that, we will be forced to cancel the order due to the increased administrative burden.

If we have not received a response from you within 30 days of the order being placed, it will be canceled without a refund due to administrative fees.

As we would do, we expect you to contact our support if you have not received your order within the specified timeframe, or if you have not received a delivery confirmation with tracking number.

Your order is delivered by a courier company. If you are not at home to receive it, the delivery company may leave a message for you to book a new delivery time, or collect your parcel from a collection point.

To ensure a safe and damage-free delivery, the courier will not leave the parcel "hidden" at the address.

We cannot guarantee delivery times - these are indicative only. However, we are working closely with our suppliers to improve the service, and we will soon be introducing delivery options at checkout where you can upgrade the delivery or add insurance.

Order status

You will find a tracking number in the delivery confirmation email.

The tracking link in the email allows you to follow the status of your order.

Please note that the tracking information from the shipping company may take up to 48 hours after the order has been shipped.

In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive within the regular delivery time - please contact us IMMEDIATELY.

We can only start an investigation with the shipping company within 7 days from the original delivery date.

The sooner we can start the complaint and investigation process, the sooner we can send out a new item or issue a refund.

Descriptions of the order status

Processing: Your order is currently being processed in our warehouse system.

Shipped: Our carrier has picked up your order from our warehouse and is about to deliver it to you.

Find a missing package

If the tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot find it, please check the following before contacting us:

  1. Check with neighbors and family members
  2. Look around the place where the delivery should have taken place
  3. Check if the courier left a notification of failed delivery attempt
