Payment & Invoicing terms
This page describes how payment, invoicing, VAT and refunds are handled for purchases on our website.
Accepted currencies
All prices are displayed and charged in Swedish Krona (SEK) unless otherwise stated.
How the currency is determined
The currency is automatically determined based on the market the website is targeting and is clearly displayed:
- on product pages
- in the shopping cart
- in the checkout before the purchase is finalized
No exchange takes place after the order has been completed.
Tax & VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT, in accordance with current Swedish legislation.
The VAT rate is automatically calculated in the checkout based on the delivery address and is clearly displayed:
- at checkout
- on the order confirmation

We accept the following payment methods:

- MasterCard
- American Express

Billing address requirements
When making a purchase, the customer is required to provide a correct billing address.
When paying via Klarna, Klarna's own terms and conditions for credit assessment and address verification apply. The billing address must match the customer's registered details with Klarna.
Billing policy
When purchases are made via Klarna, payment and invoicing are handled directly by Klarna according to their terms and conditions.
In case of card or PayPal payment, the amount will be charged at the time the order is placed.
After completion of the purchase, an order confirmation is sent by e-mail with information about:
- products purchased
- total amount
- VAT
- payment method chosen
Receipt or invoice documentation is provided digitally.
Refunds - process & timeframes
In the event of an approved return or refund, refunds are made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Klarna: refund is registered with Klarna as soon as the return is approved. Klarna will then update the invoice or refund the amount according to their procedures.

Cards: refunds are normally made within 5-10 working days after the return is approved.
The time until the amount appears on the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider.
Consistency between product information & checkout
All information about:
- prices
- currency
- VAT
- payment methods
are consistent between:
- advertisements
- product lists
- checkout
This is to ensure a transparent and accurate buying experience.
