Same as above - but we also record your date of birth, which is required to verify your payment. This information is shared with Klarna.

Custom audience-targeting

Melora creates a custom audience group by uploading email addresses from its customers into an advertising tool. This group can then be linked to a specific Facebook campaign - only these Facebook users will see the campaign.

4. you shop in our webshop without a login/account
To place an order via our website, it is not necessary to register a customer account. You fill in the details required for us to process your order, and you can change these details yourself at any time.

HOW IS YOUR DATA PROTECTED?
Melora beauty understands the importance of protecting your personal data. The data stored in our database is protected with standard technical security measures in accordance with applicable data security standards.
You can only access your account by correctly entering your e-mail address and password. All passwords and sensitive data are encrypted and not visible to us.
