We currently do not offer free samples. But due to great interest from our community, we hope to do so in the future!
How long is the shelf life of the product?
All products have a minimum shelf life of 12 months, but the outer packaging has expiry dates that can be up to 3 years. However, once opened, the product should be used within 12 months.
Is it necessary to use day cream with foundation?
It is not necessary, but we recommend using primer before applying foundation. Primer helps to create an even base for our foundation.
What is the coverage of the Changing Foundation? Is it low, medium or high?
Changing Foundation has light to medium coverage. It is designed to give skin a natural and fresh look.
Is the foundation suitable for wrinkles?

You can definitely use the foundation on parts of your face to reduce redness or cover imperfections.
How do you apply the foundation? With your hands or with a brush?
For best results, it is best to apply the foundation with a brush. This allows the pigment grains to penetrate deeper into the skin and prevents a white film.

How can the Changing Foundation change color? How does it work?
Changing Foundation differs from a regular foundation because it contains special toning particles. The particles themselves are colorless, but when they are applied to the skin and come into contact with the skin's heat, they activate and release the pigment inside. It blends with your own skin tone, providing a color that adapts and blends in naturally.

Changing Foundation can be safely used by people with vitiligo or rosacea. But everyone reacts differently, so it's important to pay attention to how your skin reacts.
How do I get hold of products that are out of stock?

How do I clean the brush?
1. Soak the bristles in lukewarm water.
2. Place a small drop of cleanser in the palm of your hand and gently massage the tips of the bristles against your hand.

How often should the brush be cleaned?
It depends on how often you use it. If you use the brush frequently with liquid products such as foundation or concealer, we recommend cleaning it about once a week.
After cleaning, the brush should be dried lying down or with the brush head down, so that water does not get into the metal ferrule. If water gets in there, there is a risk that the bristles will loosen over time.
